You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your login private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Each venue sets its own prices, cancellation windows, and pass rules. They are shown when you book and apply to that booking. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and pass returns follow the cancellation terms shown when you booked.

Pickleball carries a risk of injury. You must sign the venue’s waiver before playing and follow its posted rules and staff instructions. A venue may remove access for conduct that endangers others.

Program: PaddleOS sends text messages on behalf of the venues that use it, to members who opt in. Messages include club messages, booking confirmations, receipts, session reminders, waitlist updates, and tournament updates.

How to opt in: in your account, choose Text or Both under notification preferences, enter your mobile number, and verify it with the code we send. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your bookings and venue activity.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message, or change your notification preference in your profile. After you reply STOP you will get one confirmation, and no more texts.

Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected]. Reply START to the same number to turn texts back on.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number, and the text message program page for the opt-in flow.

To the extent the law allows, PaddleOS and your venue are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
